Writing together, live
Open a shared document and everyone edits the same text at once. Each collaborator's caret and selection show up as a coloured name pill, and the presence row up top tells you who is here — even which editing mode they are in. Changes merge conflict-free as you all type.
Anchor a comment to a passage to start a thread — reply, resolve, and @mention a co-author who is offline. Alongside comments, each project has a chat for the quick back-and-forth that does not belong in the margin. Both are encrypted at rest.
Sharing & permissions
The owner shares a project by email as either viewer or editor, and can change or revoke a grant at any time. An invite grants nothing until it is accepted, and a viewer sees a read-only editor with a prompt to request edit access.
Teams: on the Team plan, seats let a whole group work across shared projects under one subscription, with each member's access resolved from their seat.
