What it is
At its core, Writano is a dual-mode LaTeX editor. The same document can be edited three ways — a Visual editor that behaves like a word processor, raw LaTeX source in a full code editor, and lightweight Markdown — and switching between them is lossless. Compilation runs on Writano’s own servers, so there is nothing to install and a real typeset PDF is one keystroke away.
